How to use

A must have in your quest for healthier hair growth add to your regular hair routine.

This shampoo and conditioner should be used consistently. Top tip, brushing your hair before taking a shower helps to undo any tangles and makes the washing process easier, this also reduces breakage.

Remember to use a wide tooth comb to lose less hairs in the shower. After you have washed and conditioned your hair, remember to rinse it with cold water to give the effect of shiny hair. Shampoo works best on soaking wet hair and conditioner works best on gently squeezed-out hair.

How does it work

Enriched with protein to strengthen and repair weak hair, meaning it will break less easily and in turn grow longer. This ingredient also adds shine and the appearance of thicker hair through moisture retention in each strand.

Did you know the Hairburst Shampoo contains 9 different amino acids! Amino acids can also strengthen and moisturise the hair because of their water-retaining nature. It helps damaged hair improve its surface and strength, resulting in smoother strands that break less.

Our formula helps retain water and moisturises hair strands. it is capable of penetrating the cuticle and entering the hair shaft where it aids in moisture retention and provides volume.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much roughly should I be applying to my hair in every wash?

Depending on how long and thick your hair is, we recommend using around a 50p piece size of each the shampoo and conditioner. If your hair is very long or quite dry, you may want to apply more conditioner than this. Just see what works for your hair.

How often should I be washing my hair?

You can use our shampoo and conditioner in replacement of your regular hair washing products. We recommend washing your hair around 2-3 times a week at most, to keep hair from drying out, and allowing for your natural oils to moisturise your hair and scalp.

Does the shampoo and conditioner contain sulphates?

Yes, our Shampoo contains ALS. Sulphates are surfactants, used as cleansing agents, the purpose of them in hair care products is to help the shampoo to foam into that lather that we all love when washing our hair, helping us disperse product throughout our hair easily, whilst removing oil, dirt and dead skin cells from you skin and scalp. We wanted to keep these positive effects in our product yet understood that some sulphates can also strip too much oil from your hair and scalp in the process, leaving a drying effect. We decided against including the most popular widely used sulphate:Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (also known as SLS), and instead we decided to include a much more gentle surfactant called Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate. This sulphate doesn't penetrate the skin and hair in the same way SLS does. Where the potential irritancy of water is 0 and that of SLS is 10, ALS scores around 4 –far less irritating than SLS. So Yes, our product does include a sulphate, but one that we feel is there for a good purpose and not something that will cause dryness to your scalp and hair.

How does it help with hair growth?

First of all having a healthy and clean scalp environment for the hair to grow is essential. The Panthenol in our shampoo and conditioner retains water and helps to improve the appearance, feel and body of hair, Hydrolysed Wheat Proteins help to provide the appearance of protected hair by bringing together split ends and the Amino Acids help to promote healthier looking hair by improving the hair's ability to attract moisture where damage may have occurred through external stressors, such as heat and styling. If your hair is in better condition it will fall our less, and break less, and in turn have the ability to grow through longer.

Can I use this on hair extensions?

We would always recommend that you speak to / show your hair extension specialist our products before using on their work, as there are many types of fittings and we wouldn’t advise on whether our products would impact the fitting of your extensions. If you are trying to avoid sulphates then our shampoo would not be suitable as we include ALS in the formula.
